We collect only the data necessary to help you track and manage your migraines effectively:

• Personal information: Name and email address (for communication and login purposes)

• Health-related information: Migraine diary entries, test results (e.g., MIDAS), pain intensity, possible triggers, and related user input

• Technical data: Device type, browser, and usage data (to improve app performance)

Your data is used to:

• Provide personalized insights based on your migraine patterns

• Help improve your experience within the app

• Communicate updates or important changes

• Respond to support requests

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Migraine Coach follows HIPAA-compliant best practices to protect your health-related data. While we are not a covered entity under HIPAA, we voluntarily uphold strict safeguards including:

• End-to-end encryption of sensitive data

• Secure cloud storage with access control

We respect the privacy rights of all our users and provide the same level of transparency and control regardless of location. In addition, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for users residing in California. All users, regardless of location, have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of data processing where applicable

• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at privacy@migrainecoach.app

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days.

Migraine Coach is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Significant changes will be communicated via email or app notification.
